When Calling a Plumber
You can help your plumber by telling him or her exactly what's wrong (to the best of your knowledge) when you call.
There are a thousand-and-one tools and parts in a plumbing store, and your plumber can't be expected to carry them all on his or her truck. When you ask for help, give him or her as much information as you can, including everything that has been done to the defective part of the plumbing. It will speed the work and lower your plumbing bill.
